Cocktail "Lorena"

Ingredients

Red Cactus Pear
Mint
Lime Juice
Natural Syrup
Mezcal Carreño Espadín

Instructions

1. With a pestle and mortar roughly mash the cactus pear and mint.
2. Add in the shaker the chunks of the cactus pear and mashed mint and mix with all other ingredients.
3. Strain the mixed cocktail before serving.
4. Decorate with mint leaves.
